UniCredit Leasing AD is the result of the consolidation in the financial sector and the integration of the leasing companies, members of UniCredit Group in Bulgaria – UniCredit Leasing Bulgaria and HVB Hebros Leasing.

After the initial merger of Hebros Leasing and HVB Leasing, the second phase of integration between HVB Hebros Leasing AD and UniCredit Leasing Bulgaria EAD (renamed to Bulbank Leasing EAD) commenced in April 2006.

The new leasing company UniCredit Leasing AD has been operating since January 2007 uniting the three former companies and offering the full range of leasing services - leasing new and used cars and trucks, industrial, commercial and business equipment and real estate, as well as insurance and financial consultations.

Clients and partners of the new company may benefit from the already successful practice of cooperation with the banks of UniCredit Group: Bulbank, HVB Bank Biochim and Hebros Bank, which form the new UniCredit Bulbank. In addition to the offices of the company nationwide, the products and services of UniCredit Leasing AD are also accessible through the partners of the company including leading Bulgarian importers of vehicles, equipment, etc.
