UniCredit Leasing in Bulgaria is part of UniCredit Group. With a market capitalization over EUR 70 billion, UniCredit Group is among the largest financial groups in Europe. The Group operates in 20 countries worldwide, servicing more than 35 million clients and having 7,000 branches, with about 132,000 employees and total assets exceeding EUR 822 billion as of 30 September 2006.

 

Our three historical brands:

 

Hebros Leasing – Established in 1999 as Orel Leasing from Orel-G-Holding (currently Generalli), the company was acquired by Hebros Bank in 2003 and renamed to Hebros Leasing. In 2004 it became a member of the financial group HVB, which in 2005 merged with UniCredit Group throughout Europe.
 

Bulbank Leasing – Established at the beginning of 2002 as UniLeasing, the company was bought out by Bulbank in 2004 and renamed to UniCredit Leasing Bulgaria joining UniCredit Group. As a result of the integration processes at the end of 2006, the company was renamed to Bulbank Leasing and part of the innovated united leasing company of UniCredit Group in Bulgaria – UniCredit Leasing AD.
 

HVB Leasing – Established in 2003 as Biochim Leasing, the company was renamed to HVB Leasing as a member of the financial group HVB and the property of HVB Bank Biochim and BA-CA Leasing, Vienna. In 2006 HVB Leasing became a member of UniCredit Group.
