What is UniMail?
- UniCredit Leasing is aware of the problems and works to sort them out.
- UniMail is part of the set of measures undertaken to address the issue about invoice delays arisen with most of our clients due to changes in legislation and combining the databases.
- UniMail is a present.
- The mailboxes address is in the www.unicreditleasing.bg domain www.unicreditleasing.bg because we regard our clients as part of the big UniCredit leasing family.
Why UniMail?
- Convenient access, via Web-interface, to correspondence from Bulgaria or worldwide.
- The address is available for use while the client has effective leasing contracts.
- Documents are received in the box as soon as generated.
- A convenient communication and feedback channel.
What do I get?
- A free 10 MB mailbox..
- A mailbox address of the type clientnumber@clients.unicreditleasing.bg .
- Convenient Web-interface.
- Safety – maximum security of data located on the server.
- A secure communication channel ONLY between UniCredit Leasing AD and its clients.
- Automatic receipt of each document approved for sending within up to 48 hours of generation thereof.
- SMS notification* (*in course of development)
- A possibility to forward newly received letters also to an external mailbox.
- Receiving documents regarding several leasing contracts in one box.
- For clients having more than one leasing contract, 10 MB additional mailbox space per each contract.
- Mailbox accessibility for up to 60 days following expiration of the last leasing contract of the client.
What documents will I receive in my mailbox?
In the beginning:
- Your monthly invoices
- Information about promotions or new services of UniCredit Leasing AD.
Some time later:
- Repayment schedules.
- Regarding contracts concluded under floating interest rate conditions – new repayment schedules immediately after their update once in a three-month period.
- Information about any important changes in legislation or the legal framework of the Republic of Bulgaria regarding leasing.
In the future:
- Information bulletins which you have subscribed to.
- Any documents issued by UniCredit to its clients with respect to leasing contracts.

NB: From the 1st of November 2007 UniCredit Leasing started electronic invoicing together with the standard invoices issuing process. The digital signed electronic invoices are sent to UniMail.
